The A/C Company was founded by T.J. Slayton in 2026 with a simple mission: to provide honest, reliable HVAC service at a fair price.

With more than 25 years of hands-on experience as a licensed HVAC technician, T.J. has built his career around quality workmanship, problem-solving, and taking pride in doing the job right. After years in the industry, he saw firsthand how frustrating it could be for homeowners and businesses to navigate complicated pricing, unnecessary repairs, and the feeling that quality HVAC service was out of reach for the average customer.

For T.J., this mission is personal. As a father of four with an amazing and supportive wife, he understands the importance of making every dollar count. As a family of six, affordability has always been a priority—and that perspective helped shape the foundation of The A/C Company.
